Working with older adults has given me a firsthand understanding of how pain and discomfort can affect every part of someone's life. I've seen how it can interfere with sleep, limit independence, and make even the simplest daily activities challenging.
Those experiences inspired me to create Cryo Comfort & Recovery.
I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, cared for, and supported on their journey toward greater comfort. There's something incredibly rewarding about watching someone regain confidence in their movement and return to activities they enjoy.
